Jilly's Happy Home processes orders daily, and we will ship you order via USPS within 2 business days of receiving it.

 

Please note that you must use only a street address when you place your order, as the carriers will not deliver to a P.O. box.  We ship using Parcel Post or Priority Mail.  

 

Using USPS, you should receive your order within 5-8 business days, depending upon how far you are from the state of Maryland (where we are located) .  Most packages arrive to our customers sooner than 5 business days.

Your happiness with our products is important to us. If our merchandise doesn’t meet you’re your expectations, we will provide you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. 

 

If you paid by credit card, we will credit your card account within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise from you. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
